1. Consultation
This is where your organizing journey begins! BoneClutter LLC provides a consultation session (fee waived) at the location of the organizing project lasting up to 1 hour. After studying the completed intake form by the client, we will schedule a consultation session with the client at a time most convenient for him/her. During this consultation session we are able to best assess, strategize, and prepare for this particular organizing project as well as understand the specific goals of the client.
Service Specifics
- We view actual space and environment of organizing project.
- We photograph (only with permission of client), the organizing project area
- Together we discuss the goals and visions you have for that space
- Best estimate the amount of time it will take to complete project based on several factors that are relevant to each individual client’s unique project
- Analyze and assess organizing project area carefully and sensibly

- Allows all of us (including yourself) to better understand and fully grasp the extent of the organizing needing to be done and how the process can be executed within that particular area
- Gives us best opportunity to plan out and strategize ways to organize that space after consultation session. In other words, this provides us with the homework we need to best prepare for your future organizing sessions. We can then discuss these specific strategies and ideas for organizing the space with you during future organizing sessions.

- Ensures that the necessary amount of time is allotted to your organizing project so that the work completed is as thorough and exact as possible

2. Organizing
Time to get down to the nitty-gritty! This is when we go into that cluttered space, execute our organizing plan, and transform the space or system so that it works best for you. Whether it is objects, data, and/or time that require organization, BoneClutter is dedicated to getting it done so that you achieve the peace, function, and efficiency you need.
Service Specifics
- Implementing our agreed upon plan for organizing in a methodical way that makes it easy to do
- Donating or selling unwanted belongings. We donate to charity of your choice if you prefer and can sell items in your own garage sale or through online mediums
- Properly disposing of confidential documents that are no longer needed
- Creating a strategic system in that space that promotes easy retrieval and complete access
- Transferring of organization skills, strategies, and tactics throughout the process

- Declutters that space or better organizes current systems so that you gain efficiency and tranquility
- Gets rid of your unwanted belongings quickly and easily, freeing up more space for you to utilize

- BoneClutter LLC does NOT handle nor organize any toxic, illegal, or hazardous materials. We will allow you time to properly dispose of or privatize any toxic, illegal, or hazardous materials.
- BoneClutter LLC does have a weight limit of lifting or moving heavy objects. This weight limit can depend upon who all is moving the object at one time, but it is generally a limit of up to 60 lbs.
3. Sum Up
The job is done and you get to see your accomplishments! Here at BoneClutter we highlight your accomplishments and the transformation that has been achieved by the end of your organizing project. Therefore, we have this sum-up feature that we extend to all of our clients.

- Written summary of the beginning phases and our end accomplishments

4. Maintenance
Time, energy, and all sorts of other essentials can easily get away from us in the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. You may find down the road that the completed organizing project that BoneClutter helped you accomplish has now been partially (or even more so) undone. You don’t need a full redo; just a bit of tidying and straightening up in order to keep that amazing organization system going at full speed. That is where our regular maintenance service comes into play!
Service Specifics
- Organizing sessions focused upon tidying up and reinstating the former completed organizing project that was done.
- Up to 8 hours of professional organizing within 1 year for same area or content of original project at discounted price
- Optional discussion of any new tweaks or minor changes desired in current space or system
- Regularly scheduled short sessions that are spaced out throughout the year.

- Fixes any messy or muddled parts in your previously organized space quickly and without much involvement on your part (if wanted)
- Saves you money!
- You can try out new ideas and tactics that you think will help organizing system flow better after having tested it for a while
- Gives you a sense of accountability for sustaining organization of that space leading up to next session

- After 8 hours of professional organizing for maintenance are completed within 1 year, there will an additional charge for maintenance service.
